Operating Instructions for Film Blowing Machine-A

1： Preparation before start-up of film blowing machine

(1) Before starting, turn on the cooling water to cool the feeding device, and check whether the water path is smooth and whether there is water leakage.

(2) Whether the lubricating oil of the reducer is installed to the reference line of the oil level gauge.

(3) Check whether the cooling blower system is in good condition.

(4) Whether there are impurities in the feed hopper and whether the feeding device is normal.

(5) Whether the inside of the air ring is clean and whether the air output is uniform.

(6) After the power is supplied, first check whether the indicating instruments of each heating section are sensitive and whether the galvanometer works normally and indicates to the normal position. Start heating, and check whether the parameters of the digital thermometer are heated normally.

(7) Start other preparations during heating:

A. Clean all guide rollers, especially the corona system, to avoid damaging the entire corona system due to impurities and electric leakage after startup.

B Picking and batching (When opening a package of materials, insert your hands deeply into the materials, and feel whether there is excessive moisture. If there is, stop using and immediately report to the production supervisor.)

C Complete various auxiliary materials, such as paper cylinder, adhesive tape, boundary knife, etc.

D. Do a good job of environmental sanitation around the machine.

(8) When the temperature reaches the process operating temperature for 30 minutes, check again to confirm whether the temperature of each unit is abnormal. The start-up temperature shall be 10-20 ℃ higher than the normal temperature.

(9) Change the filter screen (the current mesh size is 80/100/120/100, and another standard will be formulated for special products); Clean the lip scorch (use copper wire ball and copper sheet to avoid damaging the lip).
