PE stretch film machine heating operation.
The reasonable heating temperature shall be selected according to the process requirements of raw materials to heat the extrusion barrel, die head and other parts.
The general process requirements for heating temperature as belowing:
Screw barrel: 1) 170-190 ℃； 2) 200-220 ℃ ; 3)220-250 ℃
Screen changer : 190-250 ℃
Die head： 200-260 ℃
Temperature rise sequence: first turn on the screen changer, touch the heating switch, heat up to 200 degrees, and then turn on the heating switch of the barrel half an hour later. When the temperature meets the requirements, continue to keep the temperature for 30 minutes to achieve uniform and stable temperature.
