3.1 Mental state:

3.1.1 adjust your mind before going to work, have a good mental state, be emotionally stable, be energetic, and enter the workshop in a comfortable mood. Ensure that production tasks are completed safely, efficiently, with quality, quantity and on time.

3.1.2 Clothes and hats shall be neat without long hair, rings, bracelets, vests and shorts. Otherwise, they should be advised to correct before entering the workshop; Those who have entered the workshop shall be ordered to leave their posts and take up their posts after correction. If the employee refuses to correct after repeated admonitions, the labor contract shall be terminated.

3.2 Labor discipline:

3.2.1 Go to work on time, do not be late and leave early, and do not ask for leave one hour before going to work.

3.2.2 Do not sleep or doze at work. If more than three times are accumulated, the labor contract will be terminated.

3.2.3 It is strictly forbidden to make a noise, eat snacks, leave the post, go around the post, chat, laugh and fight in the workshop. The labor contract is terminated three times in a month.

3.2.4 To ask for leave, you must go through the formalities of asking for leave, write a leave request note, and leave after the workshop director signs and submits it to the production director for approval. If something happens, you must declare it in advance or find someone to replace it. Except for special circumstances, leave by phone is not allowed.

3.2.5 Personnel not belonging to the unit and not working in the workshop are not allowed to enter the workshop. Visitors who have been approved to enter the workshop are accompanied by the factory leader and led by the workshop director. They can enter the workshop orderly without affecting production. The person in charge of the workshop shall bring the probation personnel into the workshop.

3.3 Preparations before startup:
