The precautions for using the plastic granulator are as follows:
1. The plastic granulator should run forward to avoid reverse.
2. The plastic granulator must not be run in a cold machine on an empty stomach. It must be run in a hot machine with feeding, so as to avoid the sticking (shaft holding) phenomenon.
3. It is strictly forbidden to enter iron and other debris into the feed port and vent hole of the plastic granulator, so as not to cause accidents and affect production.
4. When the operator is filling, he must be optimistic, do not enter the material, and control the temperature.
5. If the material sticks to the die head when the machine is turned on, it means that the temperature of the die head is too high, and it will be normal after a little cooling. Generally, there is no need to stop the machine.
6. The water temperature should generally be between 50 and 60°C. If it is too low, it is easy to break the strips, and if it is too high, it is easy to stick. It is best to add half of the hot water when starting the machine. After the water temperature rises, let it automatically cut into pellets to avoid broken bars. When the water temperature exceeds 60°C, it is necessary to add cold water to the internal circulation to maintain the temperature.
7. When cutting pellets, the strips must be pulled evenly before entering the blending roller, otherwise the pelletizer will be damaged. If the exhaust hole blows out, it proves that impurities have blocked the filter screen. At this time, the machine must be shut down quickly to replace the mesh. The mesh can be selected from 40 to 60 mesh.
Any machine and equipment must be well-regulated and routinely maintained, and the plastic granulator is no exception, so as to ensure the efficiency of the machine and prolong the service life of the granulator machine
